The demo with Dr. Magno went very well. I began with the initial part of my process to better understand the practiceβs pain points, but the doctor was already sold on the concept based on her prior conversation with her assistant, Kris, whom I had spoken with for nearly an hour the day before.
Throughout the call, Dr. Magno asked a number of detailed questions, which I believe I answered effectively for the most part. I explained that our pricing ranges from $399 to $999, depending on the number of locations, usage volume, and the services required. She shared that she intends to have the service active 24/7βduring both office and after-hours.
She did have a few specific requests that will need to be incorporated into our proposal:
A transcript of each AI-handled call
A customized text message to each client after a booking or reschedule
Ensuring all of their daily and weekly updates are integrated into our service
Dr. Magno also mentioned that she currently uses Weave, and they informed her about their recent acquisition of TrueLark, which will soon offer AI receptionist capabilities. Because of this, she prefers to start on a month-to-month basis to compare the value and ensure our pricing is competitive with what TrueLark may offer.
She asked if her pricing would fall on the higher end due to 24/7 usage. I confirmed that it likely would, but reassured her that Iβll do my best to offer a competitive rate to kick off the partnership on a positive note.
