I called the business line and the voicemail said, "Our office is MTW and every Friday from 9-6pm, Thursday 10-7. If you are experiencing an emergency please contact Dr. Kurian 661.488.7660 and Google voicemail asked me to state my name and I said hello Dr. Kurian this is Rick Steel. No one answered thereafter. That was my experience as a potential new client and what if it was an existing client. How do you think they feel?

I customized an email based off this information and here is what I came up with:

Hi Dr. Kurian,

I hope you’re doing well. I noticed you opened our email within the last hour—thank you for taking the time to do that. I also recently called your office to better understand the patient experience, and I wanted to share what I heard:
