Team, I just finished my call with Dr. Partovi—it went well. The call lasted over 24 minutes and was recorded. During the conversation, I played the two demo calls from our website, and she was impressed. She also asked about our pricing but mentioned that she’s being cautious with her overall spending right now. She recently let go of two staff members, including her office manager, and is currently in the process of hiring this week. Dr. Partovi is planning to switch to a new phone system called Weave. She wants to ensure our service can integrate with it. She mentioned that Weave will notify her of missed calls via text, and I explained that while that’s helpful, clients will still be directed to voicemail—and unless she or someone is available, there’s no guarantee the client will receive a timely call back.
