Great call with Hana. I would rate the call a 7.8-8.0. I did improve drastically from the learnings and role playing I did with myself. Even after I told her that both locations would be for the price of 1, she still tried to get a lower price. I stuck to my guns and delivered her the full true value both short term and long term.
